About The Position

We�re looking for dedicated individuals to join our warehouse team as Pallet Sorters � a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly and safely. This role involves sorting pallets by manufacturer, quality, and grade through visual inspection, identifying and assessing repair needs, and meeting production goals while maintaining high standards of quality. You will also follow safety protocols to help achieve Plan To Zero (PTZ) goals and support your team by performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Familiarity with pallet jacks; forklift experience is a plus (training provided).
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. and perform repetitive physical tasks.
• Experience in a production-based warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sort pallets by manufacturer, quality, and grade through visual inspection.

• May operate a forklift safely and efficiently (certification provided).
