About The Position
ProPallet LLC is seeking a motivated Pallet Repairer to join their team. This is a piece-rate position, meaning pay is based on production, offering the opportunity for self-motivated individuals to control their own earnings. The role involves repairing pallets, ensuring their safety, and contributing to general warehouse tasks in a fast-paced, physical environment.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Pneumatic Nail Gun: 1 year (Required)
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Able to stand for the full shift
- Able to use or learn to use a nail gun and read a tape measure
- Works well with others
- Self-driven and able to keep up in a fast-paced, physical job
- Reliable and shows up to work on time
Responsibilities
- Repair pallets by removing damaged boards and replacing them with new or recycled parts
- Use tools such as a rip hammer and pneumatic nail gun
- Follow all safety rules at all times
- Make sure pallets are safe, including fixing or removing any sticking nails
- Keep track of how many pallets you repair each shift
- Help with sorting, stacking, and general cleanup as needed
