About The Position

PRO Pallet LLC is seeking a self-motivated Pallet Repairer to join their team in Harrisburg, PA. This is a piece rate position, meaning pay is based on production, offering the opportunity to control your own earnings. The role involves repairing pallets by replacing damaged boards, using tools like a rip hammer and pneumatic nail gun, and ensuring pallet safety. The ideal candidate is reliable, self-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced, physical environment.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• 1 year of experience with Pneumatic Nail Gun (Required)
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Able to stand for the full shift
• Able to use or learn to use a nail gun and read a tape measure
• Works well with others
• Self-driven and able to keep up in a fast-paced, physical job
• Reliable and shows up to work on time

Responsibilities

• Repair pallets by removing damaged boards and replacing them with new or recycled parts
• Use tools such as a rip hammer and pneumatic nail gun
• Follow all safety rules at all times
• Make sure pallets are safe, including fixing or removing any sticking nails
• Keep track of how many pallets you repair each shift
• Help with sorting, stacking, and general cleanup as needed
