About The Position

Terzo Enterprises is a logistics company that focuses on the repair, refurbishment, and re-manufacturing of pallets. This role involves repairing and refurbishing damaged pallets in a fast-paced production environment. Repairs must adhere to company and safety standards, ensuring speed, accuracy, and attention to detail. Meeting and exceeding daily production quotas while prioritizing safety is essential, as is meeting customer quality criteria. The work is indoors and steady, year-round.

Requirements

Must be 18+ years old
Basic math skills
Frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, and flipping of 75-to-85-pound pallets.

Nice To Haves

Basic tool knowledge is a plus

Responsibilities

Visually inspect pallets for defects such as broken boards and blocks, missing components, nail defects, debris, and contamination.
Correct defects that do not meet specification criteria.
Remove damaged boards using a pry bar or hammer.
Use a reciprocating saw and grinder to cut or remove old and bent nails.
Attach appropriate boards according to company specifications using a pneumatic nail gun and hammer.
Perform basic math skills such as adding or subtracting the number of pallets repaired.
Restock building supplies at the end of the shift.
Clean the pallet repair area at the end of the shift.
Perform other duties as required.
Work overtime, weekends, or rotating shifts as required.
