Requirements

• Industrial painting/stenciling experience preferred
• Basic math skills required
• Ability to follow quality control standards
• Strong attention to detail & efficiency
• Mechanical aptitude for minor equipment troubleshooting

Responsibilities

• Prepare & operate painting equipment safely.
• Mix paint & ensure proper consistency.
• Apply accurate paint coatings to pallets.
• Stencil pallets with CHEP logos & designs.
• Monitor & maintain painting equipment.
• Minimize waste & report usage irregularities.
• Follow all safety protocols & PPE requirements.
• Keep a clean and organized work area.
