Requirements
- Industrial painting/stenciling experience preferred
- Basic math skills
- Ability to follow quality control standards
- Strong attention to detail & efficiency
- Mechanical aptitude for minor equipment troubleshooting
Responsibilities
- Prepare & operate painting equipment safely.
- Mix paint & ensure proper consistency.
- Apply accurate paint coatings to pallets.
- Stencil pallets with CHEP logos & designs.
- Monitor & maintain painting equipment.
- Minimize waste & report usage irregularities.
- Follow all safety protocols & PPE requirements.
- Keep a clean and organized work area.
