Job Summary: ND Sheets is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Pallet Maker/Utility is responsible for building, repairing, and assembling wooden pallets according to company specifications and customer requirements. This role requires the safe operation of hand tools, power tools, and pallet-building equipment while maintaining quality and production standards.

Requirements

Previous manufacturing, construction, or warehouse experience preferred
Ability to safely use hand tools and power equipment
Strong attention to detail and quality
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Dependable with good attendance and work ethic
Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team

Responsibilities

Assemble and build wooden pallets using pneumatic nail guns, saws, and other hand tools
Repair damaged pallets by replacing boards and reinforcing structures
Inspect pallets to ensure quality standards and safety requirements are met
Measure and cut lumber to proper dimensions
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Load, stack, and move materials and completed pallets as needed
Identify defective materials and report issues to supervisors
Meet daily production goals and deadlines
Assist with general warehouse or production duties as assigned
