About The Position

The Pallet Jack Operator is responsible for the transportation of product in tanks/bins to and from the cooler, as well as other packaging areas. This role also involves tracking and recording the net weight of bins/pallets of product and labeling them with the correct date, shift, and product description. Additionally, the operator will help maintain and improve quality and food safety to ensure compliance with company quality standards and USDA regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Must be able to read/write in English
• Must be able to stand for prolong periods of time (8-10HRS) on a concrete/metal grate floor
• Repetitive grasping, reaching, pushing, pulling motions, torso twisting
• Lifting up to 35 lbs
• Must be able to perform inspection on a pallet jack
• Must pass a pallet jack test in order to receive pallet jack license
• Must pass a level 2 POET test in order to perform job

Responsibilities
