About The Position
Seeking a reliable and skilled Pallet Builder. This role is ideal for someone with carpentry experience who enjoys hands-on work, building custom products, and working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The position requires the ability to speak both English and Spanish. Responsibilities include accurately measuring, cutting, and assembling materials using hand tools, power tools, saws, nail guns, and measuring devices while reading and interpreting work orders and production requirements. The ideal candidate will have previous carpentry, construction, woodworking, or pallet-building experience, strong basic math and measuring skills, and the ability to lift and move materials throughout the shift. Responsibilities also include inspecting finished products for quality, maintaining a safe and organized work area, and assisting with other production duties as needed. Dependable attendance, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality workmanship are essential for success in this role.
