Requirements

Comfortable working with hand and power tools
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Basic math and measurement skills
Exposure to loud noises, sawdust, and varying temperatures
A willingness to work in a warehouse
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform repetitive physical tasks
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Ability to stand, lift, bend, and manual handle throughout the shift
Ability to wear safety equipment (gloves, eye protection, etc.)

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or GED is preferred
Previous experience in pallet building, carpentry, or general labor is a plus

Responsibilities

Assemble and repair wooden pallets using hand and power tools while ensuring every pallet meets quality standards.
Measure and cut materials.
Safely operate saws and nail guns.
Stack completed pallets for storage or shipment.
Maintain an organized workspace.
Assist with material movement when needed.
Work alongside your team to achieve production goals while following all company safety guidelines.
Pass a background check and drug screening test.
