Requirements

• Reliability and a strong work ethic
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stay on your feet for the duration of the shift
• Experience with hand tools or a genuine willingness to learn fast
• A team-first attitude and a positive approach to the day
• Must be 18 or older

Responsibilities

• Building wooden pallets used for shipping and distribution
• Using hand tools to handle and assemble materials safely and efficiently
• Keeping your workspace clean and organized throughout the shift
• Working independently and with a small team to hit daily production targets
• Communicating openly with teammates about materials, workflow, and needs
