About The Position

The Archway is Tarrant County’s only state-designated family violence program, working to keep victims of domestic violence safe and hold offenders accountable. We are seeking a Part-Time PAIP Facilitator to co-facilitate in-person reformative groups for domestic violence offenders in the agency’s Partner Abuse Intervention & Prevention (PAIP) program. This role involves co-facilitating a minimum of two 2-hour PAIP group sessions weekly using the Domestic Abuse Intervention Program’s (DAIP) model of partner abuse intervention, supporting other PAIP program offerings, and accurately documenting group notes and client data within 24 hours of group sessions in our Arlington and Fort Worth offices. The position requires completion of State-mandated initial training, including 25 hours of battering intervention and 15 hours of family violence training. Requirements

Knowledge of clinical intervention, social work theory and ethics.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and willingness to learn additional software.
Ability to work flexible hours including nighttime and Saturdays.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Degree in Social Work or related field preferred.
Experience in and knowledge of family violence theory preferred.
Bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities
