About The Position

The Paintline Attendant is responsible for operating and maintaining the paint line equipment to ensure efficient and high-quality production. This role involves monitoring the painting process, performing quality checks, and making adjustments as needed to meet production standards. The attendant will also be responsible for basic maintenance and troubleshooting of the paint line machinery.

Requirements

Ability to operate and monitor machinery.
Attention to detail for quality control.
Basic understanding of painting processes.
Ability to perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of safety regulations.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weight.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
Experience with paint lines or similar automated coating systems.
Familiarity with quality control procedures in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

Operate and monitor the paint line equipment.
Ensure consistent application of paint according to specifications.
Perform quality control checks on painted products.
Make necessary adjustments to the paint line to maintain quality and efficiency.
Identify and report any equipment malfunctions or production issues.
Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of the paint line machinery.
Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
