About The Position

Carvana is seeking experienced Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technicians to join their team. This role involves repairing smaller dents on steel and aluminum vehicle panels using techniques such as glue-pulling and accessing panels. Carvana is a rapidly growing used automotive retailer known for its innovative approach to car sales and reconditioning. Technicians will work in high-tech Inspection Centers using state-of-the-art tools. For entry-level positions, training programs are available to support skill and pay progression.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of professional automotive PDR experience
• Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools
• Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Possess a valid driver’s license
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment
• Ability to sometimes be exposed to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold)
• Willingness to use safety equipment (face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective garments and equipment)
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
