About The Position

Carvana is seeking experienced Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) technicians to join their team. This role involves using advanced techniques to repair dents on various vehicle panels. Carvana is a rapidly growing used automotive retailer that emphasizes quality and customer satisfaction. Technicians will work in high-tech Inspection Centers using state-of-the-art tools. Training programs are available for entry-level positions to ensure skill and pay progression.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of professional automotive PDR experience.
• Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools.
• Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Possess a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment.
• Ability to sometimes be exposed to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold).
• Willingness to use safety equipment (face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective garments and equipment).
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.

Nice To Haves

• Mid-level technicians (Level 2) are eligible for a $6,000 sign-on bonus.
• High-level technicians (Level 3) are eligible for an $8,000 sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities

• Use advanced glue-pulling techniques.
• Perform hail repair.
• Repair creases and body lines.
• Repair larger-sized dents on both steel and aluminum vehicle panels.
