About The Position

We are seeking experienced Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) technicians with a minimum of 5 years of professional automotive PDR experience to join Carvana, a rapidly growing used automotive retailer. In this role, you will utilize advanced glue-pulling techniques, perform hail repair, fix creases and body lines, and repair larger dents on both steel and aluminum vehicle panels. You will work in one of our high-tech Inspection Centers using state-of-the-art tools. Carvana offers a competitive wage, a $6,000 bonus, and excellent benefits.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of professional automotive PDR experience
• Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools
• Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Possess a valid driver’s license
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment
• Ability to sometimes be exposed to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold)
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English

• Experience with steel and aluminum vehicle panels
