About The Position

We are seeking experienced Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technicians with a minimum of 3 years of professional automotive PDR experience to join Carvana, a rapidly growing used automotive retailer. As a Mid-Level PDR Technician, you will be responsible for accessing panels, utilizing glue-pulling techniques, and repairing smaller dents on both steel and aluminum vehicle panels. Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of professional automotive PDR experience
• Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools
• Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Possess a valid driver’s license
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment
• Ability to sometimes be exposed to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold)
• Willingness to use safety equipment (face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective garments and equipment)
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
