About The Position

We are looking for experienced paintless dent repair technicians to join our team at Carvana, a rapidly growing used automotive retailer. In this role, you will utilize advanced techniques to repair dents, creases, and body lines on various vehicle panels. You will work with state-of-the-art tools in our high-tech Inspection Centers. Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of professional automotive PDR experience.
• Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools.
• Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.
• An ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing production environment.
• Ability to sometimes be exposed to excessive weather conditions (heat/cold).
• Willingness to use safety equipment (face shield or goggles, non-slip shoes, gloves, mask, and other protective garments and equipment).
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.

• Some positions may be subject to an Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check.

Responsibilities

• Use advanced glue-pulling techniques.
• Perform hail repair.
• Repair creases and body lines.
• Repair larger-sized dents on both steel and aluminum vehicle panels.
