Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technician
About The Position

We are stable, growing, and have a strong business model, with opportunities in 43 states, repairing 2.5 million vehicles every year and employing more than 3,000 highly skilled employees. This role offers comprehensive, paid training for individuals with no prior experience, leading to unlimited earning potential. The compensation structure includes training compensation at an hourly rate, followed by a phased combo of hourly rate and commission as you build your customer base. The long-term earning potential is estimated between $60,000-$150,000+ annually. We are looking for hands-on, detail-oriented individuals who are ready to learn a specialized skill and enjoy working with customers.
Requirements
- Strong communication and customer service skills to interact with clients and build relationships.
- Self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
- Toughness and grit to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Manual dexterity for repetitive-motion tasks.
- Physical stamina to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
Responsibilities
- Travel to customer locations or work at an assigned site to repair minor dents and dings using Dent Wizard’s proprietary PDR process on various vehicles.
- Review completed work with customers.
- Walk lots.
- Write work orders.
- Negotiate approvals.
- Build strong customer relationships and promote our services.
