Entry-Level PDR Technician - Paid Training
About The Position
Dent Wizard is seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented individual to train as a Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technician. This role involves repairing minor dents and dings on various vehicles using Dent Wizard’s proprietary PDR process. The technician will travel to customer locations or work at an assigned site, review completed work with customers, write work orders, and negotiate approvals. The position offers unlimited, uncapped earning potential, with long-term earning potential between $60,000-$150,000+. No prior experience is needed as comprehensive, paid training is provided.
Requirements
- Strong communication and customer service skills to interact with clients and build relationships
- Self-motivation and the ability to work independently
- Toughness and grit to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Manual dexterity for repetitive-motion tasks
- Physical stamina to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Valid driver’s license and a good driving record
