About The Position

Join Indotronix as an Onsite Painting & Maintenance Technician 2 in El Segundo, CA. Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years' hands-on maintenance experience, including at least 1 year focused on painting and surface finishing.
• Proven expertise in all painting phases: preparation, priming, masking, and application.
• Proficient with paint application tools: spray guns, rollers, brushes.
• Experience with drywall installation, hardscape, and concrete repair.
• Able to work at heights using ladders or aerial lifts.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with roadway and safety paint applications.

Responsibilities

• Execute all phases of painting projects, including surface cleaning, sanding, priming, masking, and applying base, finish, and specialty coatings.
• Accurately match paint colors, textures, and finishes to meet project specifications.
• Operate spray guns, rollers, brushes, and automated paint systems for various surfaces including metal, wood, concrete, and composites.
• Perform drywall installation and repair, as well as concrete and hardscape maintenance.
• Support routine facility maintenance and assist other tradespeople with prep work, minor repairs, and project clean-up.
• Ensure proper inventory and timely ordering of materials to maintain project flow.
