Responsibilities

Ensure every crew member stays safe and performs at their best.
Oversee teams ranging from 3-15 painters, keeping projects on track and up to Kennedy Painting’s high standards.
Guarantee clean job sites, property protection, and flawless finishes.
Provide hands-on field training to elevate skills and efficiency.
Conduct pre-job walkthroughs, set clear expectations, and communicate daily updates with clients.
Order materials, manage sundries, and seamlessly transition between projects.
Perform final walk-throughs, handle touch-ups, and ensure client satisfaction before signing off.
Keep the office informed about job progress and attend key operations meetings.
