  • Prior supervisory or crew lead experience in industries like construction, painting, or roofing
  • A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Willingness to work at heights and in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Lead with Purpose: Drive your team to success by overseeing and actively participating in home service projects, ensuring each job is completed on time and to the highest standards.
  • Collaborate for Success: Work closely with Field and Project Managers to overcome challenges and ensure smooth project execution.
  • Set the Example: Ensure crew members are operating safely, professionally, and efficiently. From appearance to equipment use, you’ll set the tone for the team.
  • Mentor & Train: Share your expertise by coaching new hires and helping them meet Rogall + Co.’s high standards, while adjusting crew performance as needed.
  • Stay Organized: Manage job site signage, materials, and ensure all tasks are completed efficiently, returning signs after the project is finished.
  • Customer Relations: Interact with customers daily, answering questions, addressing concerns, and providing exceptional service.
  • Hands-On Work: Conduct thorough inspections, operate specialized equipment, and prepare surfaces for painting, ensuring homes look their best.
  • Craftsmanship Excellence: Mix, measure, cut, and apply finishes with precision and care, using the latest techniques and tools.
  • Safety First: Ensure safety procedures are strictly followed, creating a secure and productive job site for everyone.
  • Team Player: Foster a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and outstanding customer service across every project.
