About The Position

As a Painter at Four Seasons Hotel Montreal, you will help maintain the exceptional appearance and quality of our property. Through your craftsmanship, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence, you will perform painting and maintenance tasks while upholding the highest standards of quality, safety, and service.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in commercial painting.
• Good knowledge of painting techniques, products, and materials.
• Detail-oriented with pride in delivering quality work.
• Professional, discreet, and possessing strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage it positively and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces prior to painting, including cleaning, plastering, sanding, and drywall joint finishing.
• Mix painting and colours.
• Apply paint, stain, and varnish using brushes and rollers.
• Ensure proper protection of work areas and comply with all health and safety regulations.
• Inspect quality of the job done to ensure it meets quality standards.
• Maintain high-quality workmanship while meeting established deadlines.
• Perform general maintenance tasks related to the position as required.
