About The Position
Integrity Property Services is seeking an experienced Painter to join our team for apartment turns and unit renovations. This is a part-time seasonal position ideal for a dependable painter who takes pride in quality workmanship and can work efficiently to meet turnover schedules.
Requirements
- Previous professional painting experience required
- Knowledge of painting tools, techniques, and surface preparation
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor
Nice To Haves
- Experience with apartment turns, residential painting, or property maintenance preferred
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred
Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces for painting, including patching, sanding, and caulking
- Paint interior walls, ceilings, doors, trim, and common areas
- Match paint colors and finishes as needed
- Complete apartment turn projects within required timelines
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and maintenance staff
