About The Position

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Full-Time Painter to join our maintenance team. This role is responsible for maintaining the interior and exterior appearance of the facility, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for residents, families, and staff.
Requirements
- Previous painting experience (commercial or residential preferred)
- Knowledge of painting techniques, tools, and materials
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Comfortable working in a healthcare environment
- Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces and apply paint, stain, and coatings to walls, ceilings, doors, and exterior areas
- Repair minor drywall damage, cracks, and imperfections prior to painting
- Maintain clean and safe work areas, adhering to facility safety standards
- Work around residents respectfully and minimize disruption
- Assist with general maintenance tasks as needed
- Ensure proper storage and handling of materials and equipment
