Using the necessary equipment, perform hand and spray painting of parts, subassemblies, assemblies, and finished products. Operate power sanders, spraying, and drying booths or related equipment. As a painter at Solar Wamego, you will: Prepare parts for painting through sanding and greasing Operate paint equipment all while ensuring safety, quality and standard work are followed. Use jib and overhead cranes to manually position parts and product. Work in a clean, well-ventilated, safe environment

Requirements

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Previous paint application experience
Previous experience in manufacturing or paint environment
