Refresh is looking to add to our painting team. If you’re a dependable painter who takes pride in clean, consistent work, we’d love to meet you. Refresh specializes in vacant apartment repaints, which means no furniture to move, no customers watching over your shoulder, faster job times, and a predictable, repeatable workflow.
Requirements
- Dependable painter who takes pride in clean, consistent work
- Ability to inspect work areas, review scope, and request change orders when needed
- Ability to perform minor drywall repair (patching holes, dents, imperfections)
- Ability to cut and roll walls and ceilings
- Ability to paint trim, doors, and frames
- Ability to perform cabinet painting with proper prep and finish
- Ability to repaint units to Refresh standards
- Ability to perform color changes with proper coverage and prep
- Ability to show up consistently and communicate clearly
