About The Position

Pivotal Health Solutions is seeking a Painter to join their team. In this role, the Painter will be responsible for preparing a variety of surfaces including Steel, Aluminum, and other shop coated metal, uncoated metal, finished hardware, accessories, and other surfaces as specified. Working in the fabrication shop, this role ensures all materials are prepped and ready to be painted and powder coated. The company is hiring for both AM and PM shifts. The AM shift works 5am-2:30pm, and the PM shift works 2:30pm-11pm.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Manufacturing assembly experience and/or high level of mechanical aptitude
Good communication skills
Detail oriented, dependable, and work well in a team environment
Build defect-free products that meet Quality Standards
Build products within time standards
Adhere to safety standards and requirements

Responsibilities

Accurate handling of products to be processed
Hanging and taking down products from conveyor lines, sanding, masking, plugging to prep for paint lines
Prepare metal for the powder application process including hanging, washing, plugging, scrubbing, taping, and sanding of parts
Utilize work instructions to follow established procedures
Shrink wrap, count, and prep products for shipping
Assist in QA final inspections
Maintain clean and organized work area to facilitate manufacturing functions
Document actions by completing production and quality forms
Performs other duties as assigned
