In this role, you will be responsible for mixing, matching, applying paint to various surfaces, completing touchups, and coordinating large painting projects. As part of our leadership team, you’ll embody our Promise to Lead with Love—guiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences. This is an hourly wage role.

Requirements

Excellent knowledge of painting material and how to select, mix and apply them
Solid knowledge of commercial and/or construction painting techniques
A leadership style rooted in collaboration, respect, and service to others. 
Aptitude in using appropriate tools (brushes, caulking guns etc.)

Responsibilities

Caulking on both the interior and exterior of the building, cleaning, and moderate touch-up of EIFS surfaces.
Apply paint to surfaces including drywall walls/ceilings, doors, and cabinets.
Mix, match, and apply paint, varnish, shellac, enamel, and other finishes.
Calculate amounts of required materials to complete painting projects.
Fill cracks, holes, and joints with caulk, putty, plaster, or other fillers, using caulking guns or putty knives.
