Painter - Plant Maintenance
About The Position
This position may qualify for a sign-on bonus. The hospital Painter/Carpenter will repair and maintain all floor coverings, wall coverings, ceiling structures, painted surfaces and exterior finishes of every type in the hospital, central plant and professional buildings. In addition, is responsible for repair and p.m. of hospital furniture and fixtures of lettering and door hardware, as well as assisting with implementation of new procedures and safety practices. Will perform minor maintenance in patient areas, including, but not limited to light replacements, plumbing repairs, electrical and/or projects with director of plant operations, or engineering coordinator.
Requirements
- Three years healthcare or related field experience.
