About The Position

Perform all paint related tasks to customer specifications. Responsible for performing all paint related tasks in an efficient manner. This role requires the ability to perform paint related tasks on both steel and aluminum components, maintain paint equipment, and accurately enter data. The painter will also be responsible for inspection verification, keeping the paint booth clean and organized, and reviewing customer drawings for paint requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma required
• 2 years experience preferred, but not required
• Some mechanical aptitude required
• Medical certification required to wear respirator
• Near acuity and accommodation are required for reading machine dial gauges, blueprints, and precision measuring instruments used in the inspection of parts and machinery.
• Accommodations required to monitor machine sounds to identify and diagnose changes in order to take appropriate action and for communicating with employees.
• Attendance is an essential job function.
