About The Position

This recruitment is for two (2) Facility Maint Tech – BldgTrd – Journey positions. By applying, you will be considered for both positions. This Painter position maintains the appearance of 37 residence halls and 400 family apartments that house nearly 9,000 residents and performs interior and exterior painting functions which include scraping, patching, priming and painting or staining.

Requirements

• Must possess a valid NC Driver’s License or have the ability to obtain one prior to hire.

Benefits

• A SIGN-ON BONUS OF $4,081 IS AVAILABLE FOR THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT OF THIS POSITION PAID IN 2 INSTALLMENTS WITHIN 12 MONTHS OF HIRE : $2,040.50 WITHIN 30 DAYS OF HIRE DATE & $2,040.50 12 MONTHS AFTER HIRE DATE.
