As a Painter, you are essential to the property’s ability to meet its readiness and leasing goals week-to-week. You will use your strong attention to professionally paint recently vacated apartments to help prepare them for rent to new residents. You get to use your one year of general maintenance experience to prepare all paintable surfaces in the unit (including patching, sanding, and priming where needed), neatly and cleanly paint prepared surfaces, and complete clean-up and touch-up work before the move-in date. Since you enjoy painting living spaces, you focus on producing a professional-level paint job in every unit. You understand how to use the tools and equipment to complete paints with minimal touch-up work and mess. Two to four hours for touch-ups and eight hours for the entire painting of a unit (depending on unit sizes and color changes) are baselines for what you like to get done in a day. You are committed to creating a safe working environment for the team and a safe living environment for our residents with a safety-first approach to everything you do.
