About The Position

Prepare, finish and paint walls, woodwork, fixtures and equipment as assigned. This includes prep work, caulking, and repairing plaster and sheetrock walls (tape, block, skim, and sand). The role involves determining the correct type of paint for different surfaces, painting mechanical and electrical equipment, and mixing paint to achieve the desired color and consistency. Minor plasterwork, including scratch coat and finish coat, is also part of the duties. This position is designated as safety sensitive and requires compliance with drug and alcohol policies, including drug screening. A Top-Secret Security Clearance is required, and candidates must be U.S. Citizens. Requirements

Must be able to read and interpret blueprints.
Ability to comprehend written and oral instructions.
A willingness to work shift if necessary, including days, evenings, and nights as well as overtime, weekends, and holidays as required.
Four years’ experience relating to painting, spray painting, plastering, and spackling.
Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Able to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret Security Clearance.

Responsibilities
