About The Position

Rogall + Co. is hiring an experienced Painter to help protect and beautify homes across California's Central Coast. Since 2004, we've been the Central Coast's specialists in defending coastal homes from sun, salt air, and weather. Requirements

• 2+ years of professional painting experience
• Strong prep, cutting-in, and finish skills
• Pride in craftsmanship and attention to detail
• Professional, reliable, and great with homeowners
• Able to lift and carry more than 50 lbs
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Available for daytime jobsite hours, Monday–Friday

Responsibilities

• Prep and paint residential exteriors and interiors to a high standard
• Apply primers, paints, and protective coatings that stand up to the coast
• Diagnose surface conditions and prep correctly so the finish lasts
• Represent Rogall + Co. professionally in customers' homes
• Mentor apprentices and help uphold our quality standards
