About The Position

Brandermill Woods Retirement Community is seeking a dependable, full-time Painter to support the maintenance and appearance of our community. The schedule for this position is Monday–Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The primary responsibilities include priming, painting, and finishing walls, trim, and other surfaces, as well as protecting floors, furniture, and fixtures during projects. The Painter will also be responsible for completing assigned work orders while following safety guidelines.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to use hand and power tools
• Ability to stand, bend, climb, and reach for extended periods
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors as needed

Nice To Haves

• 1–3 years of painting experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Prime, paint, and finish walls, trim, and other surfaces
