About The Position

Pest Patrol, Inc. is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Painter to join their team. This role focuses primarily on HOA communities, painting exterior decks, balconies, railings, walkways, and common areas. This is a great opportunity for a painter who values clean work, consistency, and working in an organized, professional environment. Pest Patrol, Inc. has been serving Southern California communities for nearly 40 years. In addition to pest control and termite services, they perform repair, restoration, and exterior improvement work for HOAs, multi-family communities, and residential properties. They take pride in quality workmanship, professionalism, and treating residents and teammates with respect.

Requirements

At least 1 year of professional painting experience
Exterior painting experience strongly preferred
Ability to work on ladders and elevated structures
Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Professional attitude and respectful communication skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to stand, bend, climb, and work with tools for extended periods
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions

Responsibilities

Prepare surfaces by scraping, sanding, power washing, masking, and priming
Apply paint to decks, balconies, railings, walkways, and exterior surfaces
Work safely on ladders, elevated surfaces, and shared-access areas
Maintain clean, organized job sites in occupied HOA communities
Follow project plans, safety procedures, and quality standards
Communicate clearly with supervisors and crew members
Represent Pest Patrol professionally when interacting with residents and property managers
