Painter/Wallcoverer (Temporary)
About The Position
The Painter/Wallcoverer is responsible for maintaining the physical property and furnishings in a manner consistent with that of a luxury hotel. This includes cleaning and touching up painted surfaces throughout the hotel, maintaining brushes and rollers in good condition, and completing all assigned work safely and efficiently. The role requires adherence to all safety precautions when using tools, chemicals, ladders, or other potentially dangerous equipment. The Painter/Wallcoverer must ensure a clean, neat, and organized work area, conduct themselves professionally, and follow proper payroll and uniform procedures. They are also responsible for handling and reporting any accidents immediately and maintaining good working relationships with other employees. Additional tasks or projects may be assigned by hotel management and staff.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in related field.
- Good communication, writing and oral proficiency.
- Must be able to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, and overnights.

- Previous experience in luxury hospitality preferred.
Responsibilities

- Use all safety precautions at all times when using tools, chemicals, ladders, or other potentially dangerous equipment or supplies.
- Complete all assigned projects in a timely fashion.
- Ensure a clean, neat and organized work area.
- Conduct oneself in a professional manner at all times to reflect the high standards of Four Seasons Hotels.
- Follow proper payroll and uniform procedures.
- Handle and report any accident immediately, no matter how minor.
- Maintain a good working relationship with other employees.
- Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by hotel management and staff.
