Ad-Tech Industries is looking for motivated individuals to join our Powder Paint Department as a Painter Trainee / Powder Painter. No previous powder coating experience is required-we're willing to train the right candidate! Requirements

High school diploma or GED preferred.
Willingness to learn and receive on-the-job training.
Strong attention to detail and quality.
Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Dependable with a strong work ethic.
Team player with a positive attitude.
Candidates must successfully complete and pass a respirator medical evaluation before working in the painting department.
Post offer pre-employment drug test required.

Nice To Haves

Previous manufacturing or painting experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

Apply powder coating using handheld spray equipment.
Read and interpret work orders, paint codes, and production instructions.
Inspect parts before and after painting to ensure quality standards are met.
Monitor paint coverage and identify defects such as light paint, heavy paint, or contamination.
Adjust equipment as needed to maintain consistent quality.
Clean and maintain paint equipment and work area.
Safely handle materials and follow all company safety procedures.
Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Assist in other departments as production needs require.
Perform other duties assigned by supervisors.
