The Lead Painter is responsible for managing painting projects from start to finish while leading a crew to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, on time, and to Painter Bros quality standards. This position requires someone who can confidently supervise painters, communicate with customers, solve problems, and produce high-quality finished work.

Requirements

• 5+ years professional painting experience
• Strong knowledge of residential painting
• Strong knowledge of commercial painting
• Ability to spray, brush, and roll professionally
• Strong drywall repair skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working on ladders
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

• Lead and supervise painting crews
