About The Position

re:fab is a full-service painting and renovation company based in Lakeville, MA, with over 33 years of consecutive growth. We are seeking insured subcontractors with EIFS experience for upcoming projects in the Meridan/Hartford CT areas. We are looking for partners who can handle EIFS work from full replacement or new install to repairs and resurfacing, as well as interior work. We value reliability, commitment to safety and timelines, and a team-player attitude.

Requirements

• Insured with General Liability, workers comp and auto insurance (personal or commercial).
• EIFS experience (full replacement, new install, repairs, resurfacing).
• Experience with interior painting.
• Reliable crew and equipment.
• Commitment to safety and timelines.
• Ability to lift 75 lbs.
• Must be a team player committed to working in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to read/understand English.
• Must have a reliable and insured truck or van to travel to the job.
• Provide proof of General Liability and Workers Comp insurance.
• Must have a working cell phone.

Responsibilities

• Perform EIFS work from full replacement or new install to simply repairs and resurfacing.
• Complete interior painting jobs.
• Maintain a reliable crew and equipment.
• Commit to safety and meeting project timelines.
• Keep detailed reports of work completed.
• Report daily logs to the re:fab team.
• Complete jobs on time and within budget.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures.
• Adhere to company standards and safety program.
