About The Position

The Painter Production responsibilities will be to ensure that courts will be laid down/picked up, taped, bulldog applied, and painted in a timely and accurate manner.

Requirements

• Able to work independently and within a team.

• Being able to perform repetitive tasks.
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Strong sense of time organization and urgency
• Reliable Transportation.
• Flexible schedule.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Able to work a 12-hour shift.
• Able to stand of 8+ hours during a shift.
• Able to lift max of 50 pounds.
• Ability to bend, squat, climb, and lift frequently.

Responsibilities

• Laying down/Picking up courts.
• Taping game lines or logos to prepare the tile for bulldog adhesion.
• Painting the game line or logo with the correct color of paint.
• Mixing paints, matching colors, preparing surfaces, and applying paint to courts.
• Visually inspect tiles for imperfections.
• Read production drawings and number diagrams.
• Ensure a safe and clean work environment by keeping paint area clean, and workstations neat, overall maintaining a clean production area.
• Responsible for additional duties and accountabilities that will be assigned as needed.
