About The Position
The Painter Production responsibilities will be to ensure that courts will be laid down/picked up, taped, bulldog applied, and painted in a timely and accurate manner.
Requirements
- Able to work independently and within a team.
- Work quickly with accuracy.
- Have high attention to details.
- Being able to perform repetitive tasks.
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong sense of time organization and urgency
- Reliable Transportation.
- Flexible schedule.
- High school diploma or equivalent
Responsibilities
- Laying down/Picking up courts.
- Taping game lines or logos to prepare the tile for bulldog adhesion.
- Painting the game line or logo with the correct color of paint.
- Mixing paints, matching colors, preparing surfaces, and applying paint to courts.
- Visually inspect tiles for imperfections.
- Read production drawings and number diagrams.
- Ensure a safe and clean work environment by keeping paint area clean, and workstations neat, overall maintaining a clean production area.
- Responsible for additional duties and accountabilities that will be assigned as needed.
