Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Meticulous surface preparation—cleaning, sanding, and masking—followed by the precise application of primers and finish coats.
  • Ensure that each machine meets our stringent quality standards by inspecting completed work for coverage and finish quality, making touch-ups as necessary.
  • Guide team members in best painting practices.
  • Ensure that all tasks are completed within established timeframes and budgets.
  • Maintaining equipment and work areas.
  • Accurately documenting your work.
  • Adhering to all safety guidelines related to paint handling.
  • Assisting with various shop projects.
