About The Position

TERREPOWER is hiring a Paint Technician to paint OEM aluminum wheels to their original finish using liquid, powder, and clear coat processes. No prior experience is required; comprehensive training is provided. The role includes inspecting wheels for cosmetic defects, applying paint, loading and unloading ovens, mixing and refilling paint according to specified formulas, performing remanufacturing tasks to meet quality standards, and keeping the work area clean and dust-free. The position is offered in first, second, and third shifts.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent practical experience.
• Commitment to quality and care for the product and work.
• Responsiveness, team focus, and commitment to working safely.
• Ability to concentrate for extended periods while standing.
• Ability to walk and stand and to access all areas of the facility.
• Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Ability to stand and walk for up to 8–10 hours.
• Ability to observe and inspect part quality with a high level of attention to detail.
• Ability to lift and move totes weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to bend, lift, stretch, and reach below the waist and above the head.
• Ability to work in environments with variable noise levels, lighting conditions, and temperatures.

Nice To Haves

• Experience painting in an industrial environment or autobody shop; preferred but not required.
• At least one year of experience in a manufacturing or factory environment; preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect wheels for cosmetic defects.
• Paint wheels to the OEM original finish using powder- or liquid-based paint.
• Load and unload ovens.
• Mix and refill paint using specified formulas.
• Perform remanufacturing tasks to ensure wheels meet quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, dust-free work area to prevent wheel contamination.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
