We believe in the power of home—for our residents and our team. We’re hiring a Paint Technician to help maintain the appearance of our Greenwood communities. This role is responsible for prepping surfaces, applying finishes, and ensuring high-quality results in both interior and exterior spaces. You'll work closely with the maintenance team and property managers to complete scheduled painting projects with minimal disruption to residents.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience in residential or commercial painting
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and safely use ladders
• Team player with good communication skills

Responsibilities

• Prep and paint walls, trim, doors, and more
• Match and mix paint colors
• Repair surface imperfections and ensure smooth finishes
• Maintain tools and manage supply inventory
• Apply finishes to cabinets, doors, trims, and other woodwork as required
• Ensure safety and quality standards are met
• Maintain and keep inventory of equipment, tools and supplies
