Requirements
- 1+ year of experience painting automobiles, boats, or similar.
- Knowledge of paint processes, chemicals, and tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Physical stamina and manual dexterity.
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces by sanding, grinding, and buffing to perfection.
- Mix and apply primers, sealers, and paint to fiberglass parts.
- Perform repairs, fill imperfections, and ensure smooth finishes.
- Operate tools like DA sanders, air files, and paint guns with expertise.
- Mask and protect areas for clean, professional results.
- Inspect your work for quality—because excellence matters here.
