About The Position
We are looking for a 3rd North Paint Team Lead to help lead daily production operations while working alongside the team.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Good attendance and safety record
- Strong communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- Mechanical/technical aptitude
- Ability to learn and operate complex machinery
- Ability to work on your feet and perform physical production duties
Nice To Haves
- Previous manufacturing or leadership experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Support daily production and provide break/absence coverage
- Operate equipment and control panels
- Troubleshoot production issues and equipment faults
- Keep materials and tools stocked and ready
- Train and support new employees
- Follow work instructions and ensure quality standards are met
- Promote a safe, clean, and productive work environment
- Follow all safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO)
- Complete required department documentation
- Support continuous improvement and help reduce downtime
