About The Position

The Paint Specialist will work with and train outfitters on liquid painting and repair techniques throughout the facility. This role involves becoming certified through MICI’s certification program, conducting daily spot audits on all repair areas, and training outfitters on proper painting and prepping techniques. The specialist will also communicate with the paint supplier on color matches/approvals, train outfitters on paint gun and booth maintenance, and troubleshoot paint issues. Additionally, they will communicate with rigging daily on any sub-par repairs.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years paint experience
• Strong computer skill
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to work in a team setting
• Must pass MICI certification
